Going well

Five low scrap days on one press, and plant scrap eased

Aug 14

  1. The press kept making good housings, with its dryer topped up through every shift so it never ran low. Press 11 has done this every day from Aug 10 to Aug 14.

  2. Nearly all of its housings were good to ship, better than the plant as a whole.

  3. We looked at the ERP scrap log.

  4. Keep topping up the dryer on this press a little at a time through every shift.
