A cooling unit shut off and stopped every press it serves

  1. The cooling unit for a group of presses shut off on a hot afternoon, stopping them all. Its radiator was likely clogged, and presses 13 to 16 were down for over an hour.

  2. Hours of press time lost, a loss that can repeat on any hot day.

  3. We looked at the camera recording and the ERP downtime log.

  4. Clean the cooling unit's radiator on a schedule, more often in hot weather.
