Packing ran out of cartons on the night shift

  1. A housing job moved to both shifts, but its carton reorder setting was likely never updated. On press 11 it now uses cartons almost twice as fast, so stock ran out.

  2. Housings were left unpacked for hours, and cartons will likely run out again.

  3. We looked at the camera recording and the ERP inventory records.

  4. Update the carton reorder setting so stock lasts until the next delivery comes.
