A press that often stopped for a full scrap bin or damp plastic ran every scheduled hour, day and night. It is press 3, which used to stop about three times a week.
Every scheduled hour went to making parts, with none lost to unplanned stops.
We looked at the camera recording and the ERP run records.
Keep topping up the dryer a little at a time, and emptying the scrap bin at shift starts.
