Small dryer top-ups kept a press running a second full day

  1. The same press ran every scheduled hour again, the second day in a row. Its scrap bin was emptied at each shift start and its dryer topped up in small amounts.

  2. A second full day of making parts, with no press time lost to unplanned stops.

  3. We looked at the camera recording and the ERP run records.

  4. Keep topping up the dryer a little at a time, and emptying the scrap bin at shift starts.
