A press finished its job before the next mold was ready and sat empty until the tool room brought it. The swap itself then took under an hour on press 5.
Press time with no parts made, lost to waiting rather than to the swap itself.
We looked at the camera recording and the ERP job log.
Have the next mold waiting at the press before the running job ends.
