An empty bin and hot dryer kept a press running a third day

The press ran every scheduled hour a third day in a row, with the same routine at each shift start. Press 3 has not had an unplanned stop since Sep 7.
A third full day of making parts, with no press time lost to unplanned stops.
We looked at the camera recording and the ERP run records.
Keep topping up the dryer a little at a time, and emptying the scrap bin at shift starts.
