A planned mold cleaning was a press's only stop in four days

  1. The press went a fourth day in a row without an unplanned stop. Its only stop on Sep 10 was a mold cleaning that was on the schedule.

  2. No press time lost to unplanned stops, only the time set aside for the cleaning.

  3. We looked at the camera recording and the ERP run records.

  4. Keep topping up the dryer a little at a time, and emptying the scrap bin at shift starts.
