The press ran the whole week without an unplanned stop, likely thanks to a simple routine at each shift start. Press 3 used to stop about three times a week.
The press's best run in a while, with almost every scheduled hour spent making parts.
We looked at the camera recording and the ERP run records.
Keep topping up the dryer a little at a time, and emptying the scrap bin at shift starts.
