Privacy policy

Pythia Industries (“Pythia”, “we”) finds where a factory is losing money, then tracks the fixes through the plant’s own cameras and ERP. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our samples, and what we do with it.

When you visit. Our hosting keeps standard server logs: your IP address, your browser, the pages you request and when. We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies, and we don’t track you across other sites.

When you contact us or book a call. Your name, your email and what you write to us. Bookings go through Cal.com, which collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy.

When you use the AI chat in a sample. What you type is sent to our AI provider, Google Cloud, to write the answer, and is stored so the conversation can pick up where it left off. Please don’t enter personal or confidential information.

In your browser. The samples remember what you have opened and any settings you change in your browser’s own storage. That stays on your device.

When a plant works with us, we film the floor, hear from its operators and managers, and read its production data. For the monitoring, we connect read-only to its CCTV cameras and ERP. That data is covered by our signed agreement and NDA with the plant, not by this policy, and we use it only for our work with that plant. We measure machines, stations and the flow of material; we don’t use footage to identify, track or judge individual workers.

To run and secure the site, answer you, hold the calls you book, deliver and improve our work, and meet our legal obligations. Where the law asks for a legal basis, we rely on our contract with you or your company, our legitimate interest in running the business, a legal obligation, or your consent. We never sell personal information.

Only the providers who run the site and our work (hosting, cloud storage and databases, email, scheduling and AI), who must protect it and use it only for us; anyone the law requires us to tell; and a buyer, if the business is ever merged or sold. Our providers may process information outside your country.

Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law or a client agreement requires. We protect it with reasonable safeguards, though no system is perfectly secure.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us and we will reply within the time the law requires.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top.
