The label printer at packing broke, holding up packed orders

Orders cannot ship without carton labels, and the only label printer at packing broke. Three orders due Aug 12 were packed but could not ship.

Orders that were packed on time missed their promised date, waiting only for labels.

We looked at the camera recording and the ERP order records.
