A jammed plastic supply line stopped every press it feeds

  1. A shared plastic supply line jammed on the night shift, so every press it feeds ran out and stopped. Presses 21 to 24 lost almost 7 hours of press time in all.

  2. Hours of press time lost across several presses, all from one jam.

  3. We looked at the camera recording and the ERP downtime log.

  4. Put a screen over the intake on each supply box so bits of torn bag cannot get pulled in.
