The last of the late orders shipped, each after days at the pad printer, which still ran only on the day shift. That makes six orders late since Aug 25.
On-time delivery for the week fell to its lowest since the walk.
We looked at the ERP order records.
Run the pad printer on the night shift too until it catches up.
