Welding worked through its queue a third day in a row, and only a little is left. About half a day of work remains, down from 3 days on Sep 7.
Orders that need welding now reach shipping much sooner than before the queue came down.
We looked at the camera recording and the ERP order records.
Run the second welding machine at night whenever more than a day of work is waiting.
