Set up a mold-maintenance program
This week
Every stop and scrap record now has its mold, and a small group of molds caused most stops and bad parts from wear. Those eight are the ones to work on.
The matching got set time every day, as last week's update asked, so it moved daily until it was done.
We read the ERP's past stop and scrap records, now each tied to its mold. Eight molds caused 156 of the 260 stops from mold wear in six months.
The worst molds are named, but their stops are still well above the goal.
Since last week: Last week's issue, the stalled matching, is resolved: it restarted and finished within the week.
Fit a counter to each of the worst molds so its count shows when it is due for service.
