Set up a mold-maintenance program
This week
Most of the worst molds now carry a counter, and each count goes straight to that mold's record in the ERP. The last two wait on mounting brackets.
Each mold's record was already open in the ERP, so the counters could be fitted at a steady pace.
We read the ERP record for each of the worst molds, where its new counter posts every cycle, and the week's stops. Six now have counters, and stops have not dropped yet.
Most of the worst molds now carry counters, but their stops are still well above the goal.
Since last week: Last week the worst molds were only named, and now most of them carry a counter.
Fit the last counters when the brackets arrive, and start a daily check of each mold.
