Compressor load with presses off	How many of twenty minutes a compressor pumps air while the presses are stopped. No press draws air then, so those minutes are the leaks. They decide whether a leak walk is worth its cost. Who can answer: Maintenance lead.
Pressure set and pressure needed	The pressure on the compressors' panels, and the highest pressure set at any press. The difference is the pressure that can come off. Each two psi of it is worth about $720 per year. Who can answer: Maintenance lead.
Compressor running hours	The running hours and the loaded hours on each compressor's panel. They replace our estimate that 12 percent of the electricity bill goes to the compressors. Who can answer: Maintenance lead.
Compressors on over the weekend	Whether the compressors stay on while the plant is closed. If they do, every leak is fed through the weekend, which this figure does not count. Who can answer: Maintenance lead.
