The lids and bezels were the last orders the broken label printer held up, and they shipped late. That makes five orders a day late.
These late orders were the main reason the plant's on-time delivery fell.
We looked at the ERP order records.
Keep a spare label printer at packing so a breakdown cannot hold up shipping.
