Capture your own regrind
This week
The first grinders were due this week but did not arrive. Until they do, the scrap from presses 9 and 10 still goes to the dock.
Still no scrap reused, and nothing can be until the late grinders arrive.
Since last week: Last week the grinders were on order and due soon, and the vendor has since moved the date back.
We watched the dock on camera and read the grinder order in the ERP. The grinders did not come, and the scrap from presses 9 and 10 still went out to be sold off cheap.
The vendor moved the delivery date back on the day the grinders were due.
Confirm the new delivery date and have power and space ready at both presses.
